Mr. Kazuo Sakino founded Nippon Video & Sound Ltd. in 1978 after many years of working in the service department of major electronic manufactures (Sony & Mitsubishi) in Japan and Canada.

Our company has come a long way, from a one man's shop to a company with 15 employees. We build and maintain our reputation as one of the best service centers in Canada. Many major electronic manufacturers have put their trust in us by authorizing us to do warranty service for them. We have many major Electronic equipment dealers who trust us by sending all warranty and out of warranty units and customers to us. We have a group of loyal customers who have been using us for over 23 years and keep recommending their friends & family members to us. By maintaining our reputation on Quality, Honesty, Fairness and Customer Satisfaction, our company has survived the good times and bad times for the past 26 years and will certainly be around for a longtime in the future. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.
